The new offering joins the other Tiguan models with the same Golf GTI-sourced 162kW turbo-petrol engine – Tiguan 162TSI Highline (reviewed here) and R-Line-enhancement pack, prices here start from $45,990.
The offering comes as standard with a seven-speed DGS transmission and all-wheel drive.
Setting it apart from the other Tiguan variants are unique, sporty touches including:

- Chrome roof rails
- 20” Kapstadt Grey Metallic alloy wheels
