Flagship Skoda gets a make-over but prices stay the same.
It’s been five years since the Skoda Superb landed in Australia and the model has now benefitted from a refresh.
The biggest changes include a few exterior tweaks, refreshed cabin, slightly better fuel efficiency from both the petrol and diesel engines in the Superb and the addition of automatic parking assist.
Available only in the upper-spec Elegance variant of the Superb, parking assist helps with parallel parking and when backing into perpendicular spaces.
Bi-Xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights and LED indicators are also standard on the premium model. New alloy wheel designs also feature and two new metallic paint shades – Metal Grey and Moon White are on offer for both Ambition and Elegance buyers.
Priced from just under $39,000, Skoda CEO Winfried Vahland says the refreshed Superb is now even more appealing.
“The Superb reconfirms everything good about the brand that has made it so successful for the last 13 years: lots of space, outstanding functionality, higher comfort, top safety features, the best value for money, and commanding elegance.”
The new Skoda Superb range is now arriving in Australian dealerships.
