We reported on the updated Mitsubishi ASX going on sale in the UK earlier in the month, now confirmation that Australian dealerships are taking delivery of the refreshed version.
Featuring the Mitsubishi ‘Dynamic Shield’ styling update, the top-selling small SUV in Australia also welcomes a new shark fin antenna.
Inside the cabin, Mitsubishi has given the 2017 ASX additional seat base bolstering on all models.
The LS grade ASX gains new fabric seat trim with red stitching, while electric heated seat switches on XLS models have been relocated to the instrument panel, Mitsubishi telling us this will make for greater convenience.
Updates to the infotainment system, including easier phone pairing function, round out the major changes.
“The new, Dynamic Shield 2017 ASX will make a bold statement with plenty of youthful appeal and new features to help it remain one of Australia’s most popular small SUVs.” said Mitsubishi Motors Australia Executive Director of Marketing Tony Principe.
The 2017 Mitsubishi ASX range kicks-off from $25,000.
