Mazda flicks the switch on production of updated Mazda BT-50.
The sometimes forgotten combatant in the fiercely contended Australia ute wars is the Mazda BT-50.
While more high-profile models such as the Toyota HiLux, Ford Ranger and Mitsubishi Triton often steal the spotlight, the Mazda BT-50 ute is about to receive a not insignificant update.
Rolling off production lines in Thailand now, the updated Mazda BT-50 will soon be in Australia boasting a newly designed front face, rear combination lamps and refreshed aluminium wheel designs too.
Mazda also telling us to expect a more refined cabin with a higher-quality feel in the updated model. The refreshed BT-50 will also boast a reverse camera on selected models.
The Mazda BT-50 will continue to be offered in the same model configurations as the existing line-up and we will confirm any pricing changes and other final specification details for the refreshed BT-50 when those details are released by Mazda Australia.
