Scramblers are normally restricted to the motorcycle world, however MINI in Italy has just shown off this Clubman ‘Scrambler’.
Aimed at complimenting the two-wheel BMW R nineT Scrambler, the four-wheel version is known as the MINI ALL4 Scrambler.
Featuring knobby tires and raised suspension, as well as a scrambler badge on the back, MINI say they tried to stay true to the original concept behind scrambler bikes with the concept vehicle.
On display now at the Salone dell’Auto Turino, the Scrambler is decked-out with rally-style spotlights on the front and 1970’s themed roof racks, while the cabin features a retro-feel thanks to the tan leather and Alcantara trim.
Federico Izzo, Head of MINI in Italy, says the Clubman ALL4 Scrambler was designed with a feeling of freedom and adventure in mind.
“Clubman MINI ALL4 Scrambler was studied by focusing on the design of the exterior and the interior details with the aim of giving greater prominence to the ALL4 can function as a real lifestyle, synonymous with freedom, originality and adventure, typical of café-racer motorcycles as the highly acclaimed BMW R nineT.”
