
March 2017 data shows healthy sales increases for Infiniti…
Yes, they still have a way to go, however Infiniti is continuing to grow both global and Australian sales.
VFACTS sales data show Infiniti Cars in Australia have enjoyed a 49.2% increase in sales across the first three months of the year.
March 2017 sales for Infiniti in Australia were up 10.7% with 114 deliveries.
The only real concern for Infiniti Australia is a slump in Q50 sales, in March the mid-size offering experienced a 62% decrease in sales, sales across the first quarter are down 37.9%.
On the global stage, the data shows Infiniti delivered 67,367 vehicles globally in Q1, an 18% increase compared to the same period last year.
The brand sold 28,406 vehicles globally in March, a 14% increase.
Roland Krueger, President of Infiniti Motor Company, welcomed the continuing growth.
“It is gratifying to see customers continue to appreciate the design, performance and quality they expect from Infiniti.
“Our momentum is led by new products, with the Q30 and Q60 now on sale in key global markets.”
“The momentum continues next week when we unveil the QX80 Monograph design study, and the QX50 SUV crossover concept the following week.”
