Polaris Ranger 570 Recalled

Owners of a Ranger 570 Off-Road vehicle are being advised of a recall issued by Polaris Australia through the ACCC.

Polaris Ranger 570 RecalledThe Ranger 570 is a 2-seat all-wheel-drive off-road vehicle, that is particularly well suited to rough terrain.

Polaris has advised that some models were manufactured with insufficient shielding between the engine exhaust and rearmost seat close-off panel, which could lead to the seat close-off panel overheating which may pose a fire hazard.

Vehicles involved in the recall were sold across Australia between 2nd January 2015 and the 29th June 2016, and have the following models numbers:

  • R15RMH57AR
  • R16RMH57AR
  • R15RNA57AA / AC / AR
  • R16RNA57A1 / A4 / A9
  • R15RNE57AS
  • R16RNE57AH

Owners should contact their local Polaris RANGER dealer as soon as possible, and schedule an appointment to have the potential issue corrected.
