There are three model grades on offer, a 2WD and AWD mid-spec variant (Deluxe) and top-spec AWD (Luxe).

All are powered by the same 165kW/350Nm 2.8 litre turbo-diesel engine (the same engine as the T60 ute) and an auto transmission comes as standard.

As does the three rows of seats, fold those seats down and LDV say the D90 provides a substantial 2.3 cubic metres of cargo space.

While standard features across the range include blind spot warning, lane wander alert, autonomous braking, front collision warning and six airbags.

“The LDV D90 is much more than a new addition to our range,” – Dinesh Chinnappa, GM of LDV Australia.

“The D90 reveals the extensive inventiveness, creativity and technology and is a clear and unambiguous statement of intent of where LDV plans to go in the future.”
