New X-TRAIL engine range stretches to three.
The new Nissan X-TRAIL is now also offered with an optional turbo-diesel engine.
Joining the 2.0 litre and 2.5 litre petrol variants, the 1.6 litre diesel offers 96kW and 320Nm, fuel consumption comes in at a combined 5.3L/100kms.
Available in TS and TL grades, curiously the 2WD diesel variants are automatic only (CVT); the 4×4 versions are manual only (six-speed). You also can’t get a seven-seat diesel X-TRAIL, odd!
Pricing for the new turbo-diesel Nissan X-TRAIL starts from $35,380.
