75,000 downloads in 2015 for Behind the Wheel podcast.
It’s a great pleasure for us here at Behind the Wheel to report that for the calendar year 2015 our podcast has achieved more than 75,000 downloads.
With a goal of at least 100,000 downloads this year, based on current trends our weekly motoring podcast should easily surpass that number. Download statistics are provided by podcast hosting service – PodOmatic.
Hosted by Channel Nine News Melbourne anchor, Peter Hitchener, and radio industry veteran, Chris Miller, downloads continue to increase as Behind the Wheel’s profile rises.
Chris said it was a great honour to know that so many people are including the Behind the Wheel podcast in their weekly routine.
“We hear stories of people listening in all sorts of places, in their cars of course, while they walk and even in the bus.”
“It’s really nice to know that people are enjoying the podcast and I hope that we are helping keep people entertained and informed on the car world.”

The latest download milestone for the automotive podcast comes after Behind the Wheel recently launched our own Fee Free Car Classifieds.
