Six-door MINI Clubman set to stretch MINI even further.
MINI has shown-off another new offering heading our way with the new MINI Clubman breaking cover overnight.
Built on a separate chassis to the MINI Cooper and sharing some underpinnings with the BMW 1 Series, the MINI Countryman is a six-door, five-seat model that also has a generously-sized cargo area at the rear.
27 centimetres longer and 9 centimetres wider than the current model, the next-generation MINI Clubman will be offered with a choice of three engines – 100kW four-cylinder diesel, 100kW three-cylinder petrol and 141kW four-cylinder petrol.
An eight-speed Steptronic transmission will also be on offer.
Finally, inside the cabin, MINI promising an all-new interior which will include standard features such as air conditioning, radio with USB interface and AUX-IN socket, Bluetooth, rain sensor with automatic driving lights control and electric parking brake.
