2018 upgrade for MINI Clubman

Extra features come to MINI Clubman range

Its three years since the current MINI Clubman landed in Australia and now the five-door (or is that six-door?) wagon is set to benefit from some extra features for 2018.

Confirmed this afternoon by MINI Australia, the changes include the standard fitment of satellite-navigation to all variants.

And the previously optional Driver Assist package is now a standard fitment across the range.

This adds autonomous emergency braking, forward collision warning, city collision mitigation, high beam assist and speed sign recognition.

While entry-level MINI Clubman Cooper also picks up new sports seats trimmed in combination leather and cloth.

And there’s new-look 17” alloy wheels as well.

It isn’t just the base-model that gets extra gear, MINI is also giving the mid-spec Cooper S new 18” alloy wheels, and LED Headlights.

And the top-spec John Cooper Works variant pics up wireless phone charging, wireless Apple CarPlay and MINI Find Mate.
