MINI might have made it’s name making tiny (or ‘mini’) cars, as the name has always implied, but that’s not necessarily the case today.

This car, the MINI Countryman, is the new ‘big’ MINI – an SUV offering that shares the same platform as the big-selling BMW X1.

But does it stray too far away from those well-established MINI roots?
