2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain Australian pricing confirmed

All-wheel drive Mercedes-Benz E-Class to kick off from $109,900…

June will see the Australian launch of the new all-wheel drive Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 220 d All-Terrain and prices will start from $109,900.

That starting price was today confirmed by Mercedes-Benz Australia, along with confirmation that the offering would only be available in the one guise – E 220 d.

Under the bonnet will be a new 143kW/400Nm 2.0 litre four-cylinder diesel and a nine-speed automatic transmission will come as standard.

Other standard features in the all-terrain E-Class include;

  • Leather upholstery
  • LED Headlights
  • Roof rails
  • 20” alloy wheels (fitted with tyres with 14mm higher sidewalls)
  • Driver Assistance Package PLUS

While to assist the all-wheel drive function, Mercedes-Benz has fitted the E-Class All-Terrain with beefed up underbody protection and air suspension that provides an additional 20mm of ground clearance.

Ola Källenius from Mercedes-Benz research and development tells us the new offering will be extremely capable.

“No E-Class has ever been as versatile as the All-Terrain,”

“The new model combines a striking look in SUV style with the intelligent space concept of the estate.

“This is coupled with lots of innovative safety features and the multi-award-winning E-Class interior.”
