U.S. models hints at Aussie changes
The Honda Jazz has been an excellent vehicle for Honda Australia over the years, however, compared to some rivals it is starting to look and feel just a little dated.
This is reflected somewhat in the VFACTS sales data for the model which shows a near 20% drop in Honda Jazz sales in Australia across the first five months of the year.
Albeit, sales in the light car segment are also down 16%.
Never the less, a refreshed Honda Jazz is expected in Australia soon and that should only help keep numbers up.
Just released in the U.S. (where it is known as the Honda Fit), the 2018 model in North America boasts some styling tweaks and the inclusion of a forward collision avoidance system.
The styling benefits from new front and rear fascias, updated grille, and new wheel designs.
North American Honda Jazz buyers are also being offered two new colours – Helios Yellow (seen above) and Orange Fury (as below).
We will keep you updated with Australian availability, pricing and specifications for the 2018 Honda Jazz as it comes to hand.
