Turbo-petrol version of Lexus NX gets closer to Australia.
Deliveries of the all-new Lexus NX 200t will begin in Europe in March, around the same time as the models expected Australian arrival.
While a firm arrival date for the petrol-powered version is yet to be confirmed by Lexus Australia, we do know that the NX 200t will be in dealerships in the first quarter of the year. Joining the NX 300h (reviewed here), the 2.0 litre turbo-petrol engine in the NX 200t produces 175kW/350Nm.
Matched to a new six-speed automatic transmission, the Lexus will be AWD-only, and while Australian specification details are yet to be confirmed, in Europe the NX 200t is only being offered in F Sport trim, a move likely to be mirrored here.
Featuring the same specification as the NX 300h, the F Sport version of the NX 200t will feature;
18” alloy wheels
Push button ignition
We will keep you updated on an Australian arrival date and final Australian pricing and specification details on the new Lexus NX 200t in coming weeks.
