Changes include across the range LSD introduced after customer feedback.
Toyota has given the 86 a couple of added extras as overall sales of the popular sports model head towards 5000 units.
With prices still starting at $29,990, the GT grade automatic 86 now joins the rest of the range with a limited slip differential as standard.
The other change announced by Toyota is the inclusion of a rear spoiler as standard on GTS variants.
The changes increase the auto GT price by $300 to $32,790, while the GTS is now $500 more expensive starting at $35,990 for the manual version.
Toyota says the changes were made based on feedback from customers who wanted the same drivetrain across all variants and more definition between the GT and GTS versions.
