Toyota extends Cowboys sponsorship
The top-selling car brand has inked a new deal with the consistently successful side today, the deal will take their commitment to the 2015 Premiers to at least 18 years.
That makes the sponsorship one of the longest in the NRL.
Toyota saying the deal extends beyond just being seen on the Cowboys jersey.
“Initiatives such as the Toyota Good for League Raffle help provide much-needed equipment and resources for the local community clubs that are the lifeblood of this sport,” says Toyota‘s senior divisional manager sales and marketing Sean Hanley.
“We already have a fantastic relationship with the Cowboys Community Foundation – the club’s fundraising arm – and this renewed partnership will only strengthen that connection.
“Together with our North Queensland dealers, we look forward to delivering many more great community programs working in conjunction with the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys.”
Cowboys boss, Greg Tonner, welcomed the car ongoing support.
“Each organisation is enormously proud of the partnership, and that’s because it’s a perfect fit.
“Toyota Australia and the North Queensland Toyota dealers help us continue to run the club at a high level and to effectively reach more people with our engagement programs.”
The NRL deal comes just months after Toyota renewed a long-running sponsorship arrangement with the Adelaide Crows AFL club.
