Infiniti buyers most satisfied
This might be one of the reason why Infiniti car/SUV sales in the U.S. are rocketing ahead – excellent dealer customer service.
In June, Infiniti sales in the U.S. were up a very impressive 21.8% with more than 12,200 sales.
Now Infiniti has secured the top spot in a study on dealer satisfaction for the second consecutive year.
The Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index measures how effectively each brand’s dealerships perform when car shoppers visit the stores.
Some of the reasons the shoppers were impressed with the dealership experience included how sales staff built rapport and were interested in discussing trade-in vehicles.
Fran O’Hagan, President and CEO of Pied Piper, tells us the car sales process is different now because of the amount of online resources available to buyers.
“Today nine out of ten car-shoppers gather information on-line before they ever visit a dealership,”
“Dealerships today have to work hard to be helpful from the first visit, because they may not have another opportunity.”
