There will also be further videos released ahead of the official unveiling – we will bring you those as they come to hand.

With the new dedicated construction range, the keenly-anticipated follow-up to the highway range launched last year, Scania say they are ready to challenge the market for the most durable trucks for the toughest applications.

Years of development have been invested to design the range for the many applications in the many-faceted construction industry. All will be revealed on 4 September.

While Scania says the new trucks won’t be shown in a shiny studio, instead, the unveiling will be conducted on a proper work site.

During the live webcast from an actual construction site, the new range will be put to the test and viewers will have the opportunity to see for themselves how the trucks perform under tough conditions.
