Another one-million-dollar donation from Penske Group…

The Penske Group, which has a strong presence in Australia through its truck leasing operation and local distribution of the MAN and Western Star brands, has again proven generous to a worthy cause in the U.S.

Just three months after founder, Roger Penske, was honoured for his charitable efforts (details here), Penske Group has handed over a cheque for $1 million U.S. dollars ($1.3 million AUD) to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.

The donation was publicised by the charitable organisation that works to assist war veterans and their families.

Penske Group also gave the charity a million-dollar donation last year.

“Penske Automotive Group continues to amaze us with their ongoing support and efforts,” said Tom Wheaton, paralyzed Navy veteran and National Treasurer of Paralyzed Veterans.
