New fastback design for 2018 Honda Accord

Sneak peek of the next gen Honda Accord…

A new fastback version if the 2018 Honda Accord sedan has been sighted during testing.

Still under camouflage, the tenth-generation Accord was put through its paces around the streets of Colorado, USA.

Though not giving much away, the new design displays a sloping rear roofline indicates a fastback tailgate.

While the front grille, headlights and LED daytime running lights seem to also have received the new treatment.

Predictions for engine types include the 1.5 litre turbo and a 2.0 litre petrol doing away with the V6 engine.

Next in the line-up of reinvented Honda vehicles, the Accord is prompting a resurgence in the brand following on from the updated Honda Civic and upcoming Honda CR-V.
