Volvo named ‘Car Manufacturer of the Year’ at Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The Volvo name garners up images of air-bags and seat-belts, but if you ask the people who have purchased one in recent times the chances are you’ll get a glowing review.
Volvo was named ‘Car Manufacturer of the Year’ at the annual Roy Morgan Research Awards and while that in itself is quite an achievement (beating home rivals Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Subaru), the results in the overall customer satisfaction category are outstanding.
Volvo scored a customer satisfaction score of 95%, that’s higher than any other company represented across 30 categories, including banking and telecommunications.
Matt Braid, Volvo Car Australia Managing Director, says the award is testament to Volvo’s strong brand, excellent product and dedicated Dealer Network.
“We have a number of internal KPIs we set around customer satisfaction, so to see one of the measures we take seriously be independently recognised is tremendously satisfying. All credit to the Volvo Dealer Network.”
