The Australian Trucking Association (ATA) has confirmed registrations have opened for Trucking Australia 2017.
The national event will be held in Darwin from the 21st to the 23rd of June and the ATA says it will give operators, industry members and state associations the opportunity to participate in developing future plans and priorities.
ATA CEO, Ben Maguire, says a number of topics are on the agenda this year, including:
- Preparing for the future
- Ensuring safety
- Maintaining industry viability
- Chain of responsibility obligations
“At TA 2017 we aim to listen to state and industry led member associations and will build on their knowledge and to our overall membership offering.
“I urge all member associations to attend and have their say.”
“By working together, we can shape the future of the trucking industry and ensure its viability for all.”
More details and registrations can be found on the Trucking Australia 2017 page on the ATA website.
