Updated Toyota RAV4 to arrive in December.
Toyota Australia has just let us know that there are tweaks set to be introduced into the Toyota RAV4 at the end of the year.
The changes include some external styling tweaks, including new LED headlamps and restyled LED taillights, the introduction of updated driver info screens on GXL and Cruiser variants and the introduction of more sound absorption to make for a quieter cabin.
Toyota tell us the petrol and diesel engines in the RAV4 will also be upgraded to meet Euro 5 emissions standards and Toyota RAV4 drivers and passengers can also expect a better ride from retuned suspension and the introduction of a more rigid rear body shell.
Finally, Toyota is also introducing some new safety technology into the small SUV, including a crash mitigation system for higher grade variants and the standard inclusion of trailer sway control across all models.
