British car brands achieve more than 600,000 sales in a year…
They are quickly becoming one of the real automotive powerhouses with Jaguar Land Rover continuing to surge up the sales charts.
The UK car brands have just reported 604,009 total sales in the 2016/17 UK financial year, that figure a full 16% up on the previous financial year result.
13% growth in global Jaguar Land Rover sales across the first three months of this calendar year helped break through the 600,000 vehicle record.
While March sales reached 90,838 units, up 21% on March 2016.
The Land Rover slow down being blamed on customers holding off on a Land Rover Discovery purchase until the all-new model arrives in the next couple of months.
However, a 2.2% increase in Land Rover sales in March 2017 helping to turn that downturn around.
