Range Rover Evoque hits five-year production milestone

It’s one of the most striking cars on the market and that’s not even mentioning the convertible version!

Now the Range Rover Evoque has just hit a five-year production milestone.

The first compact SUV to enter the Range Rover range, the Evoque has now achieved more than half a million sales globally since its 2011 launch.

Built around the clock at the Halewood Land Rover production plant near Liverpool in the UK, Richard Else, Jaguar Land Rover Halewood Operations Director, said the Evoque really has changed the company.

“During my 25 years at Jaguar Land Rover it has been the last five years that have been the most eventful, exciting and rewarding.

“The impact which Evoque has made to our business and to Halewood is nothing short of transformational.”

The Range Rover Evoque range in Australia starts from $52,515.
