Australian owners of Radum 900kg Car Ramps are being urged not to use the product and return the ramps for a full refund.

Radum 900kg Car Ramps RecalledThe Radum 900kg Car Ramps recall is being overseen by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and affects ramps with the part number SX2201, though this number is only shown on the invoice and not marked on the product.

The ACCC recall notice advises that the product does not comply with the performance and labelling requirements of mandatory standard AS/NZS 2640:1994 Portable ramps for vehicles.

Portable ramps that do not comply with the mandatory standard pose a crushing hazard. This may result in serious injury or death.

If you own Radum brand car ramps, the ACCC says you should immediately discontinue use of the product.
