Audi Australia to support needed causes…

A desire to help strengthen communities is at the centre of a new philanthropic venture launched today by Audi Australia.

Known as the Audi Foundation, the program will be funded by Audi and Audi dealers and will provide significant, long-term support to a number of registered charities.

And it will kick off in style – Audi has put up an R8 V10 plus for charity (details here).

Thomas Keenan, Head of the Audi Foundation, says it’s all about giving back.

”Since 2004, the communities in which we operate have supported the growth of our business, helping us to get to where we are today, and we are now in the position to repay that support through philanthropy.”

Audi will auction off an R8 worth more than $390,000!

At launch, the Audi Foundation will support programs run by the Country Education Foundation Australia (CEFA), The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR), and The Smith Family.
