MG E-motion and MG ZS premiere on the world stage…
MG Motor is returning to its roots with the unveiling of an electric concept supercar at Auto Shanghai.
The MG E-motion will offer a futuristic looking car full of innovation and technology which MG says will be a combination of style, sophistication and elegance.
This is a departure from the Chinese owned brand’s focus on regular passenger vehicles including the recently released MG GS SUV.
The Sportback coupé plug-in vehicle will have a driving range of more than 500km and accelerate from 0-100km/h in less than four seconds.
Concurrently, MG has revealed the MG ZS compact SUV at the international motor show which is being promoted as a fully customisable, intelligent SUV.
UK Head of Sales and Marketing Matthew Cheyne says the MG E-motion will mark the next generation of vehicles for the re-emerging brand and appeal to the younger market.
“The E-motion concept leads the way in design and capability and demonstrates our global vision for the future.”
