
New Mazda2 Sedan in Australia from $14,990.
After nearly six years away from the Australian market, Mazda has officially welcomed back a sedan version of the Mazda2.
Priced from $14,990 and featuring the same interpretation of the Mazda KODO design language as the popular hatchback, the Mazda 2 Sedan is being offered in two grades - Neo and Maxx.
Expected to take up to 15% of all Mazda2 sales, the new Mazda 2 sedan will be powered exclusively by a 1.5 litre petrol engine, the Neo power plant giving 79kW/139Nm and the Maxx boasting the more powerful 81kW/141Nm unit.
A six-speed manual transmission is standard, with an auto costing an additional $2,000. While standard features in the Mazda2 Sedan include push-button ignition, cruise control, Bluetooth and rear parking sensors.
The Mazda2 Sedan Maxx is priced from $17,690 and adds a seven-inch display, multi-function commander control, reverse camera and 15” alloy wheels.
The new Mazda2 Sedan is now available to test drive in Australian Mazda dealerships.
