All-new Mazda SUV confirmed
The long-rumoured Mazda CX-8 will become a reality with Mazda Australia today releasing the above image of what it has called it’s “upcoming crossover SUV”.
The Mazda CX-8 will feature three rows of seats and will go on sale in Japan before the end of the year.
At this stage, there’s no official confirmation that the Mazda CX-8 will come to Australia – as always we will keep you updated in our new Mazda CX-8 News section.
Here’s what Mazda says about its new CX-8…
“It’s a new kind of crossover SUV for people who both appreciate quality and need to seat more than five.
“It has the looks, performance and high-end feel customers expect from a Mazda, yet even adults can sit comfortably in the third row.”
While on the styling, Mazda says its designers worked to add a new dimension of maturity to the KODO—Soul of Motion design theme.
“Aiming for an enduring edgy look that will continue to excite customers for many years to come.
“As the flagship SUV in the Japanese market, the focus was on creating a look of class and quality, and every interior part was chosen in careful consideration of colour and material.”
