In revealing the new model, Mahindra said the e20 Plus will serve as a base as the turning point for the electric vehicles in the country and is intended to serve all the basic needs for families.
The Indian car company telling us the model will feature a normal driving range of around 110kms from a charge.
With plans to bring electric cars to Australia in coming years, Mahindra has also been developing its electric car technologies in recent years in the FIA Formula E championship.
