Kia Motors Australia have made themselves the major sponsor of NRL club the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs after signing a three year deal.

From 2017, the red KIA logo will take its place on the blue and white jersey of the Bulldogs replacing former major sponsor Jaycar.

This new deal has boosted the manufacturer’s existing relationship with the club promoting it from its Official Car Partner sponsorship it had in place since 2015.

Chief Operating Officer Damien Meredith says this is an exciting development for Kia Motors Australia and is looking forward to the relationship with the successful side.

“The Bulldogs pride themselves on being a family-friendly club and that is a perfect fit for Kia, where family is an integral part of the corporate DNA.”

Kia Motors already sponsors another football club in the AFL, Essendon FC.
