Jeep Australia improves maintenance plan

Upgrades to Jeep warranty, servicing plan and roadside assistance…

From today, Jeep Australia has launched a new warranty and maintenance plan for future and existing customers.

Under the There & Back Guarantee, new customers will be offered a new five-year warranty, up from the previous three, along with capped price servicing and lifetime roadside assistance as standard across the whole range.

Service intervals for current models will be set at 12months/15,000km for petrol engines and 12 months/20,000km for diesel.

Jeep is also offering buyers a choice of a 3 year or 5 year pre-paid scheduled maintenance plan and an Oil Care plan to take care of oil and filter changes.

Customers who purchased Jeep MY15 and MY16 vehicles won’t miss out on the longer warranty with a two year extended warranty for $1950 as well as two years roadside assist and five years capped price servicing.

Meanwhile MY16 models bought from now onwards will also receive the extended warranty.

Jeep Australia CEO Steve Zanlunghi says this maintenance plan will now be a permanent fixture.

“This is not a limited-time offer or a short term promotion. It forms a fundamental component of our business going forward and it’s a commitment to our owners now and in the future.”
