2.0 litre turbo-petrol engine takes Q50 engine choice to three.
The Infiniti Q50 is now also available with a turbo-charged four-cylinder petrol engine.
Producing 155kW and 350Nm, Infiniti says the new engine delivers combined fuel consumption of 7.3L/100kms and joins the 2.2 litre turbo-diesel and 3.5 litre petrol V6 hybrid power plants. All come fitted with a seven-speed automatic transmission.
The new engine is available in all three specifications of the Q50, including the S, S Premium and GT and Richard Emery, Managing Director and CEO of Infiniti Cars Australia, says the four-cylinder unit is an exciting addition.
“This is an exceptional driver’s car and, like the turbo-diesel and hybrid-powered Q50, it embodies Infiniti’s brand hallmarks of impressive performance, provocative styling and clever but intuitive technologies.”
Delivery of the Infiniti Q50 with the 2.0 litre petrol engine will start next week, prices start at $50,990.
