Global sales are on the up and now more good news for Infiniti with the brands US dealerships ranked number one in a new customer satisfaction study.
The 2016 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index was based on the experiences of car shoppers at more than 6,150 dealerships.
The study found Infiniti dealers offered the best customer service and the most pleasant car buying experience.
Fran O’Hagan is the President and CEO of Pied Piper Management; he says dealerships that performed best sell more cars.
“We found that on average, when auto dealerships are ranked by their PSI score, dealerships in the top quarter sell 16% more vehicles than the dealerships in the bottom quarter.
“There is no question that the typical dealership sells more effectively today than it did ten years ago,”
“However, plenty of variability remains. We have watched some brands completely change the way that they sell, while others sell today no differently than they did ten years ago.”
