Holden releases limited edition Commodores

Three special edition vehicles for Commodore lovers…

Coinciding with the launch of the Supercars for the 2017 Red Bull Holden Racing Team, Holden has released three limited edition Holden Commodores.

Available are two sedans - the Motorsport Edition, Director - and the Magnum ute with greater performance tune and technology added in.

Both sedan models are fitted with Magnetic Ride Control system with three driving settings - Tour, Sport and Performance for suspension selection.

The Motorsport Edition has red DRL surrounds, red mirror scalps, red lined alloy wheels and ‘Motorsport’ badging and is limited to 1200 units.

The 360 Director Commodores gain additional phantom black roof, paddle shifters, hood vents and ‘Director’ badging.

And limited to only 240 units, the Magnum Commodore ute is the quickest and best equipped Holden ute ever and has the FE3 rear suspension tune, the same as found in the Commodore SS-V Redline plus ‘Magnum’ badging and rear window decal.

Powering them is a 6.2 litre LS3 V8 engine and all models come with performance front seats, engine and transmission cooling packages, cross-drilled brake rotors and charcoal Brembo callipers surrounded by 20” split forged alloy wheels.

  • Magnum (auto) - from $61,490
  • Motorsport Edition (man) - from $61,790
  • Motorsport Edition (auto) - from $63,990
  • Director (auto) - from $63,990

  1. The limited edition Holden Commodores really have it all: design, speed, and affordability. I love the red Motorsport Edition, it will be an absolute head turner.

  2. nice looking car! are they worth the money? and by the way what’s the difference between the three driving settings - Tour, Sport and Performance?
