Harley-Davidson Low Rider Recalled

Harley-Davidson are contacting owners of a 2014 - 2016 Dyna Low Rider regarding an issue with the ignition switch.

A recall notice published through the ACCC states that the ignition switch may suffer internal damage due to engine induced vibration.

A failure in the ignition switch could cause the engine to unexpectedly shut off during use, posing an accident hazard.

Models affected are the model year 2014.5 - 2016 Dyna Low Riders sold throughout Australia.

Recalls from Harley-Davidson have been rare over the last year or so, the last recall was in August 2015.

Affected owners will be contacted directly by Harley-Davidson with instructions of how to have the ignition switch repaired.
