Fuel economy tick for Mercedes-Benz Actros

GMK Logistics reports excellent fuel economy figures…

Cost of life is, as we know, the biggest issue that truck operators big and small have to contend with.

Over thousands of kilometres of work a fuel saving can literally mean the difference between a profit and a loss.

But flooring specialist GMK Logistics tell us they’re happy with the fuel economy being achieved by their new Mercedes-Benz Actros.

Part of the Perth-based CTI Logistics, GMK Logistics specialises in transporting flooring across Australia and has depots in Brisbane, Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

The new addition to the fleet, the Actros, is powered by a 13 litre/510hp engine, mated to a fully automated 12-speed transmission.
