You have to hand it to Ford; they really are having a go at trying to entice more Australian’s to give their cars a go.
In 2015 the car buying experience goes beyond just the actual car and Ford is trying to build a rapport with customers from the get-go.
Ford was one of the first car companies to introduce capped price servicing and they are also giving their dealerships a fresh and customer-focused new feel too.
But, if there’s one thing that’s sure to make Ford owners smile, it’s the offer of a free loan car while their vehicle is in being serviced.
Being introduced across the Ford dealer network from this month, the free loan car program offers customers the opportunity to book a free loan car when they book their vehicle in for a service (subject to availability).
And, with a new online car scheduling service already offered, getting your car serviced couldn’t come much more easily!
