The BMW M3 range in Australia has expanded to include three different versions of the legendary sports sedan.
Coming into the line-up from July will be a new ‘Pure’ M3 priced from $129,900, or $10,000 less than the standard M3.
BMW Australia telling us the BMW M3 Pure provides the dynamic and performance benefits of the successful M3 Competition at a highly competitive price point.
Aimed at enthusiasts, the somewhat ‘stripped down’ M3 gets the M Competition Package and that brings an additional 14kW for total power and torque outputs of 331kW/550Nm.
The offering also boasting adaptive M suspension, M Sport seats, and gloss black M Competition exterior enhancements, such as exhaust tail pipes and kidney grille.
Black 19” alloys are also standard on the BMW M3 Pure, though the 20” wheels available on the M3 Competition are also available as optional extras.
BMW Australia boss, Marc Werner, says the M3 Pure is likely to be very popular.
“This model offers the full capability of our M3 Competition at a price point that is sure to attract a new core of enthusiast customers.”
