BMW confirms ALPINA coming to Australia

The bespoke German auto manufacturer, ALPINA, is going to have a presence in Australia.

BMW confirms ALPINA coming to AustraliaBMW Group Australia today confirmed that the ALPINA brand would begin Australian operations with two dealerships in Victoria (Doncaster and Bundoora) and then expand to other metro locations around Australia.

ALPINA produces enhanced vehicles that are based on BMW vehicles.

Being imported and distributed by the Melbourne based ‘In Motion Group’, company boss Patrick Fielding says the availability of ALPINA cars in Australia is good news.

“ALPINA has earned a global reputation for producing highly individual cars that marry luxurious comfort and detailing with refined dynamic motoring.”

While BMW Australia boss Marc Werner says the news is very exciting for BMW enthusiasts.

“ALPINA has a long history of producing tailored cars based on BMW models and we welcome their presence in the Australian market.”
