Audi Q2 SUV Confirmed

The ever expanding Audi line-up will grow again in 2017 with the addition of the new Audi Q2 SUV.

A statement released by Audi this morning says the brand will widen its SUV range with the addition of the Q2 compact SUV and will also revise the Audi Q5 next year.

The moves are part of a $3.29 million dollar (U.S.) spending program that will see the Audi range grow to a line-up of 60 cars and SUVs by 2020.

The statement also confirming that Audi will produce a battery-powered model by 2018.

Audi CEO Rupert Stadler said the brand is committed to growing sales in coming years.

“We are continuing with our high levels of investment in future technologies to enhance the strong position of our brand.”

No further details on the 2017 Audi Q2 were released, we will keep you updated as information comes to hand.
