Australia-bound Volvo XC60 SUV makes debut…

Volvo Cars Australia will soon welcome this new edition of the XC60.

Unveiled overnight at the Geneva Motor Show, the new Volvo XC60 gets a similar treatment to the impressive XC90 – an SUV that has won multiple awards and was a Behind the Wheel Car of the Year finalist too.

Now the smaller Volvo XC60 is ready to impress with Volvo telling us the mid-size SUV is fully loaded with technology, a selection of new/improved engines (including a plug-in hybrid) and better on-road dynamics.

While the interior, as seen below, has a completely new look and feel with the huge centre touchscreen carrying over from the XC90.

Volvo telling us the new XC60 will come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while a new technology will also feature - Oncoming Lane Mitigation.

This system uses steer assist to help mitigate head-on collisions.
