Better driving dynamics for Camry

The new-look, fully-imported Toyota Camry has been confirmed for a November arrival in Australia.

Coming back under the Camry name will be the V6 version, while Australian buyers will continue to be offered four-cylinder and hybrid versions.

Built on a completely new platform, Toyota Australia tell us the 2018 Toyota Camry is a significant leap ahead for the top-selling midsize model.

Now entering its eighth-generation, the new Camry promises sportier handling and agility, and improved ride comfort.

Toyota is also bring new tech and features to Camry.

LED headlamps will be seen for the first time on the Camry, along with 19” alloy wheels, and an electric parking brake.

Confirming the November arrival, Toyota also confirmed that a pre-collision system with autonomous emergency braking would be standard.

Toyota has also upped boot space in the hybrid version by 30 litres thanks to the relocation of the battery from the boot to beneath the rear seat.
