Late 2017 arrival expected for new RS 5 Coupe…

This all-new 331kW Audi RS 5 Coupe will land in Australia before the end of 2017.

Unveiled earlier today at the Geneva Motor Show, Audi Australia hasn’t given us a firm arrival date yet, though they’re saying it will be before the end of the year.

It looks like it might really be worth the wait.

Under the bonnet of the RS-tuned Audi A5 is a 2.9 litre TFSI biturbo V6 engine that produces a hefty 331kW and 600Nm.

That maximum torque output is up a significant 170Nm from the current model, even better, fuel consumption is down a full 17%.

All-up, Audi is talking a 0 to 100km/h sprint in just 3.9 seconds from the 2018 Audi RS 5.
