New sales data just released by Volkswagen Group shows both brands have enjoyed strong sales gains this year, global Scania deliveries are up 8.9% with more than 58,700 customers handovers completed to the end of September.
MAN sales across the globe across the first nine months of the year jumped ahead by 8.4% with over 74,100 deliveries.
The sales increases also flowed through September for both Euro brands - Scania enjoyed an 11.2% gain on the same month last year with 8,000 sales.
MAN was up an even more impressive 14.8% with 10,600 sales.
The strong increases come at a time when Volkswagen Group sales across the board continue to head north - the German auto giants celebrated a new sales record in September 2017 with sales flying past 1.01 million units.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles contributed strongly to that total with 44,600 sales in the month, a 3.4% lift on September 2016.
While in Australia, Scania and MAN sales last month lifted 28% and 312% respectively.
Scania delivered 85 new trucks to Aussie owners and fleets, MAN managed to break 100 sales in the month with a total of 103.
