2017 off to a positive star for Renault LCV

Renault confident of growing commercial vehicle sales in Australia this year…

The Australian demand for Renault Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) continues to increase with the French brand enjoying a 34.5% increase in sales in the segment in January.

Kicking off 2017 in just the right fashion, the growth came from dramatic increases in demand for the Renault Master and Master Bus.

In total, Renault delivered 468 LCVs in the month and Lyndon Healey, Senior Model Line Manager for Renault LCV, says he hopes that momentum continues.

“We are working to hit the right note with business van buyers,”

“Renault has a full selection of vans that can adapt to suit the needs of customers from corner shop florists to national fleets delivering to almost every address in the country.”

2017 Car Sales Data – Renault LCV:

Joining the Renault LCV portfolio this month is a new turbocharged petrol engine in the Kangoo (details here), and the Crew versions of the Trafic van (details here).

While the new Master Box Van has just become available and offers what Lyndon says is “significant carrying capacity” in a van that can be driven on a regular car licence.
