2015 Citroen Picasso to come with 360 degree camera as standard.
Citroen Australia today confirmed that that soon to arrive new Citroen C4 Picasso will come standard with a 360 degree “bird’s eye” view camera.
The potentially life-saving feature allows drivers to sight the entire exterior of the vehicle when manoeuvring in tight spaces, reversing, or driving out of restrictive driveways and garages.
Citroen Australia say the inclusion of the 360 degree camera will make the new C4 Picasso the first vehicle in Australia to offer the technology in the small vehicle under-$40,000 segment when it lands in February.
While pricing and full specification details are yet to be confirmed for the new 2015 Citroen C4 Picasso, Citroen Australia boss John Statari is promising the vehicle will be very well equipped.
“Being the first vehicle to offer innovative safety solutions in this segment demonstrates our commitment to ensuring Citroën maintains its strong stance on safety and innovation.
“The Picasso nameplate is establishing itself as one of the most awarded family vehicles in Australia for design, value, drive experience and after-sales support, and the C4 Picasso will continue that trend.”
